Discovery

Every strong website starts with a solid foundation. Discovery is where we get clear on your goals, your audience, and what truly sets your business apart. We ask thoughtful questions, uncover key insights, and clarify the message your website needs to communicate.

This phase ensures we’re not just building a website – but building the right one.

Home Page Design

After Discovery, we’ll begin gathering and organizing content for your new site. We’ll refine your messaging and begin designing the visual experience, starting with the Home page. Colors, fonts, and imagery come together to reflect your brand and support your goals.

You’ll review the Home page, and we’ll make revisions as needed.

Step 3

Full Site Build

Once the Home page design has been approved, we’ll continue building out the rest of the site with a consistent look and feel. Final revisions and desktop/mobile QA ensure everything works as it should prior to launch.

Post-Launch

Launch isn’t the end – it’s the beginning of your site in the real world. We remain available to answer questions, make updates, and support you as needed.

Though we are well versed in a number of website platforms including Shopify and Squarespace, WordPress is our bread and butter. We currently mostly use the Hello Theme and the Elementor builder.

Not unless you ask us to! 99% of our work is totally custom.

Generally yes, but with some caveats. Our goal is to get to know you so well that we don’t need a ton of revisions. Sometimes we knock it out of the park right away and sometimes we don’t. And that’s okay — we are committed to reaching the finish line and giving you a website you’re proud to share with the world. (It’s not about what we like, it’s what you like that matters.)

Our process is to do a round of revisions after we present the initial Home page design to you, then another round of revisions after we present you with the fully designed site. We’ll do all the revisions you want that are within our ability, but changes that are beyond the scope of our Agreement will be billed extra. Some clients are happy to pay extra for additional functionality or a change of direction that we couldn’t have anticipated before the project started, but we’ll let you know ahead of time if we’re sensing some “scope creep” and we can course correct and get to something you’re thrilled with.

Ultimately, it’s all about honest communication from start to finish, and you can count on that from us.
