About Us

From humble beginnings come great things

What started as one guy pulling all-nighters to teach himself HTML code and website design, has turned into a thriving family business, going strong for nearly 20 years. Sure, we’ve seen our ups and downs and iterations (what small business hasn’t?), but what has remained constant is our commitment to integrity and our love for small business.

Sam Nelson

The Man Behind the Muscle

Sam took the world by storm when he founded Website Muscle in 2008. Okay, maybe that’s a tiny exaggeration, but truly — over the past 18 years he’s given hundreds of business owners a voice and helped them to stand out in their markets. Sam is a true entrepreneur and champion of small business, a visionary and the hardest working guy you’ve ever met, not to mention an all-around great human and dedicated family man.

Tyree wears a lot of hats at Website Muscle, including project management, admin, and content organization. Her hobbies include cheering Noah on in college volleyball, reading, and enjoying her new sauna.
