Is there anything you don't handle?
- Purchasing and renewing domain names will be your responsibility.
- Email account setup will be your responsibility.
Can I cancel my Maintenance & Hosting plan?
Yes, you can cancel at any time.
- Please note: Your payments are for the month or year ahead so if you cancel, we recommend doing it at the end of a term. Our contract will address any refunds.
- Also note: If you cancel, you will have to move your website to a different hosting provider because without hosting, your website will permanently go down.
Should you decide to cancel, we’ll zip up your website files and provide them to you to launch with your new hosting provider. And then we’ll cry ourselves to sleep because we’ll miss you! 😢
